In 1987, Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina designed the Tolomeo lamp for Artemide, which has established itself as a worldwide design classic and enjoys absolute cult status. Several model lines and numerous special models offer a wide range of choices for every taste and for a wide variety of spatial requirements. The quality and design have remained unchanged - as a sign of Artemide's appreciation for a shape that enjoys one of a kind popularity.
